NTI Class – JFPG Internal ONLY

Class Length

5 Days – 8am – 6 pm

Pre-Requisites:

• NTI online pre course thru company internal LMS. Will be set up upon registration

Material Required:

• Laptop with Windows 7 or higher (32 or 64 bit). Needs to have serial port or USB to serial port.
• Small hand tools – pliers, screwdrivers, multimeter, volt/ohm meter, anti-static wrist strap (per person)
• Lock-Out/Tag-Out Kit
• Note taking supplies (notebook, pen, pencils, etc.)

Day 1

• Meet and greet. (30 minutes)
• Customer Relations. (30 minutes)

• Safety. (1 hour)
• Tools of the trade. (30 minutes)
• Tanks. (30 minutes)
• Intro to Fuel Delivery Systems (1 hours)
• Lunch. (1 hour)

• Complete intro to Fuel Delivery Systems. (1 hour)
• Tanks. (30 minutes)
• Environmental considerations. (1 hour)
• Intro to ATG’s. (1.5 hours)

Day 2

• Review of previous day. (30 minutes)
• Intro to Fuel Delivery Systems Electrical requirements. Basic Electrical. (2 hours)
• Hands on Electrical. (1.5 hours)
• Lunch. (1 hour)

• Complete hands on electrical.
• Laptop skills and programs. (3 hours)

Day 3

• Intro to GVR Pumps and Dispensers. (3 hours)

• Intro to electronic fuel control. (1 hour)
• Lunch. (1 hour)
• Dispensing hydraulics. (1 hour)
• Dispensing Service. (3 hours)

Day 4

• Dispensing service. (4 hours)
• Basic Networking. (4 hours)

Day 5

• Environmental Testing. (3-4 hours)
• Final test.
