I have enjoyed my relationship with the various representatives, as well as their technicians over the years. Currently, my sales representative is Ryan Adams, who I consider a personal friend. Their pricing has always been competitive and the equipment they offer is second to none. For new equipment needs, Jones and Frank have always been my first call. They have been a great help in assisting with the inside EMV deadlines a few years back. We are still ordering new equipment to adhere to the outdoor EMV transition. I have also been impressed with the schedule that they have been able to maintain with the additional need for equipment needed from our industry in the past 18 months.
