Keith Shadrick Named Chief Executive Officer
MORRISVILLE, NC – Jones & Frank, the premier provider of fueling system solutions in the North America announced today that Keith Shadrick has been named Chief Executive Officer effective October 1, 2018. Jim Bolch, the current CEO will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of the Directors.

Keith joined Jones & Frank in 2016 as Vice President Supply Chain Operations. In that role, Keith made dramatic improvements in supply chain quality and responsiveness including the integration of the ANS Distribution business acquired in 2016. In 2017, Keith was promoted to role of Senior VP of Operations leading all operational business functions including safety, purchasing, distribution, fleet management, service operations and construction operations. Since moving into this role one year ago, Keith has lead the re-engineering of our service business with an intense focus on quality, the optimization of our network of distribution centers and branches and driven improvement in key operational processes.
Keith began his career in the US Army as an Infantryman and Airborne Ranger. After his return from the first Gulf War, he transitioned to the Quartermaster Corps and held roles in materials management, logistics and petroleum supply. Keith’s Army career culminated with commanding a logistics support unit. After 17 years of military service, Keith joined General Electric as a Six Sigma Black Belt. He held roles of increasing responsibility including Global Logistics Manager for GE Supply and Director of Operations for the Polymershapes Division of GE Plastics. After the divestiture of GE Plastics, Keith was the Senior Director of North American Operations for CNH Industrial Parts & Service, responsible for serving 3,000 dealer’s parts and service needs in North America as well as providing world-wide aftermarket parts supply for agricultural and construction machinery produced in the U.S. Prior to joining Jones & Frank, he served as VP of Operations at Smith Cooper International where he automated a highly manual distribution and fulfillment operation to dramatically improve performance levels and customer satisfaction. Keith has a BS degree from Austin Peay State University, a Masters Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and is a certified LEAN Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.
