Tanya Graham Named Vice President – Human Resources

Jones & Frank, the premier provider of fueling system solutions in North America announced today that Tanya Graham has been named Vice President of Human Resources effective January 20, 2020.

“We are thrilled that Tanya is joining our team” said Keith Shadrick, Chief Executive Officer of Jones & Frank. “Tanya is a seasoned HR professional who will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization as we continue to go through a rapid growth cycle and focus on integrating our most recent acquisitions.”

In her most recent role, Tanya held a senior human resources position at Case New Holland, one of the world’s largest heavy machinery manufacturers specializing in agriculture and construction equipment. She was responsible for providing full employee life cycle support to over eight hundred employees dispersed throughout eight Aftermarket Parts Distribution Centers across the U.S and Canada.

Prior to joining Case New Holland, Tanya worked for General Motors in their Kansas City Manufacturing Plant for nine years. She held positions in Operations, Production Supervision and Human Resources. Tanya has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Missouri State University and an MBA from Baker University. She is an active volunteer in her community supporting the March of Dimes for Children and the American Cancer Society.

Tanya and her family will be relocating to the greater Raleigh area during the summer of 2020.
