JF installed a new-to-industry fleet fuel system for Bill Miller's BBQ Corporate Headquarters. The project included above-ground fuel tanks, dispensers, leak detection, and a fleet management system to support their new manufacturing complex for making BBQ.

The project required the installation of a comprehensive fuel system for a commercial customer in a brand-new industry setting. The system needed to meet strict environmental regulations while providing efficient and reliable fueling for their fleet of vehicles.

JF implemented a state-of-the-art fleet fueling solution that included the installation of above-ground double wall fire guard tanks and a leak detection system. New Gasboy dispensers for gas, diesel, and DEF were paired with a Fuel Master fleet management system to ensure efficient tracking and operation. The project also involved the construction of two canopies and the incorporation of an SPCC spill containment plan to comply with EPA regulations. Additionally, JF installed an air compressor to provide necessary air for truck tires, ensuring full service capability at the facility.

The successful installation of this advanced fueling system allowed Bill Miller's to manage their fleet operations seamlessly while meeting environmental and safety standards. Feedback from the site emphasized the precision and quality of the work: the paint and welding were noted for their excellence, electrical installations were clean with no tripping hazards, and all proper decals, valves, and anchoring systems were in place. Tank charts were laminated and stored neatly in remote fill boxes, reflecting JF’s attention to detail and commitment to a clean, organized worksite.
