A national convenience store and fuel retailer needed to upgrade Automated Tank Gauges (ATGs) and Leak Detectors across approximately 3,000 locations in 34 states. With a concurrent back-office technology upgrade in progress, the initiative required precise coordination, regulatory compliance, and execution at scale.
