Urgent Recall Alert – OPW Swivels

OPW is conducting a voluntary recall of certain gas station hose swivel connector. The below link includes a list of models of swivel connectors, which are installed between the nozzle and hose of gas station pumps that dispense refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends, and biodiesel blends.

Recalled swivel connectors have a “MFG” date printed on the end in the format of: MM-YY or MM-DD-YEAR or MM-YEAR. Only swivels with a stamped MFG date of January 2013 through March 2017 are affected. The Model Number is printed on the body of the swivel connector.
