Rob Uppena Named Regional General Manager for Southeast

Jones & Frank is pleased to announce that Rob Uppena will be joining Jones & Frank as Regional General Manager for the Southeast region.  In this role, Rob will be responsible for the business operations of the Southeast region which is comprised of the Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida offices.

Rob has a solid track record of successful management, sales growth, business development and leadership throughout his career.  Rob started his career as an officer in US Army after receiving his degree from the University of Miami in Business Administration.  After serving in the military for eight years, Rob was hired by General Electric initially in a role as a Six Sigma Black Belt and then progressed to sales and general management roles in the GE Supply and Hagemeyer businesses.  After GE, Rob went on to the role of General Manager for the RTP division of Shepherd Electric in the electrical and industrial parts space achieving significant improvements in sales growth and operational performance.  In 2011, Rob moved to CNH Industrial as the General Manager for the North American Distribution Center responsible for distributing over $600 million in OEM parts globally with a team of over 300 people.  Rob continued to progress within CNH holding roles of increasing responsibility in global purchasing and marketing.
