Work Scope Description:

Perform routine maintenance, repair, installation and start-up tasks on various mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment as directed by the dispatcher or manager.

Work Scope Description:

Performs work duties on GVR Dispensers and V/R Tank Monitors with indirect assistance of Lead Technician. Also have the ability to open and close warranty calls on dispensers and tank monitors. Will also be available for “on-call” service for his region.

Work Scope Description:

This position will serve as a non-driving entry level position, trainee/ride along helper. Capable of performing and assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair assignments associated with fueling equipment. Will be directly supervised by a Level 4 or HM Lead to gain experience, qualifications, and certifications needed to obtain advancement to the next level of Heavy Maintenance Tech.

Work Scope Description:

This position will encompass the skills and experience levels outside the JFPG Service Tech Levels. This Heavy Maintenance Technician position will complete Heavy Maintenance services throughout their region. Works with team to Repair and/or replace STP and Dispenser sump's piping and entry fittings, spill buckets. Install Dispensers, manholes, determine grade of concrete, as a helper.

Work Scope Description:

This position will possess the experience and skills of a Heavy Maintenance Tech Level 1 - 2. Additionally, they will be; working with a team to install and perform the startup of Dispensers and Tank Monitors, completing and submitting commissioning paperwork, work independently to perform periodic maintenance on fueling equipment, calibrate mechanical and electronic meters - including high and ultra-high meters, and perform site surveys.

Work Scope Description:

This position will possess the experience and skills of a Heavy Maintenance Tech Level 1 - 3. They will serve as working job overseer and communicating with Heavy Maintenance Lead and/or Project Manager to ensure team projects are being completed to a high level of workmanship. Additionally, they will work with Heavy Maintenance Lead and the Project Manager on change orders (as needed) and will ensure job paperwork is completed correctly and submitted to required parties and entities.

Work Scope Description:

This position will provide daily direction and coordination for Heavy Maintenance (HM) Technicians. They will be responsible for reviewing that HM technicians are being tasked efficiently and following up to ensure assignments have been completed to a high level of customer satisfaction and quality. They directly oversees and provides key communication for unresolved or high priority assignments. This position will conduct Heavy Maintenance operations throughout their region. Their skills and certifications will allow them to install, maintain, and repair any equipment that JFPG markets.

Contributes to HM Technician hiring and performance reviews to Service Manager and GM – Heavy Maintenance. They will work closely with SM to review generated reports and Sales to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Heavy Maintenance Lead’s day will consist of 80% hands on work and 20% administration and coordination of assignments.
